Viral Marry Me Pasta
A creamy, dreamy pasta dish with sundried tomatoes, garlic, and parmesan that's so good it's proposal-worthy. Ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 lb fettuccine or penne pasta
- 2 tbsp oil (from sundried tomato jar)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
Instructions
- Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
- In a skillet, heat sundried tomato oil. Sauté garlic and red pepper flakes for 1 minute. Add chopped sundried tomatoes.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir in parmesan cheese.
- Toss pasta in the sauce. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
Use the oil from the sundried tomato jar for extra flavor when sautéing.
