Instructions
Boil penne in salted water until al dente.
Combine oil, garlic, and chili in a cold skillet. Heat gently until garlic is golden.
Add crushed tomatoes and salt. Simmer 15-20 mins until oil separates.
Toss pasta into sauce. Garnish with parsley.
Notes
