Instructions

Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté for 1 minute.

Pour in the chicken broth, milk, salt, and pepper. Bring to a gentle boil.

Add the pasta to the skillet. Reduce heat to medium-low to maintain a simmer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring frequently with tongs.

Once pasta is al dente and sauce is reduced, remove from heat. Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted.
▢
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Stir frequently to prevent sticking. The sauce thickens as it stands.
