butter

garlic, minced

red pepper flakes

parmesan cheese, grated

cup
pasta water (reserved)

tbsp
fresh parsley
Instructions
Boil pasta in salted water. Reserve 1 cup water before draining.
Melt butter in skillet. Sauté garlic and chili flakes gently for 2 mins.
Add pasta and 1/2 cup water to skillet. Toss vigorously.
Gradually toss in cheese until creamy sauce forms. Add more water if needed. Serve.
Notes
Reserve plenty of pasta water; it is the liquid gold of this recipe.
