Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb smoked sausage (Kielbasa or Andouille), sliced
  • 5 medium Russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pkt (1 oz) dry Ranch seasoning mix
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped (garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Toss cubed potatoes with olive oil, Ranch seasoning, and pepper in a large bowl.
  • Spread potatoes in the dish. Bake for 30-35 minutes, stirring once, until tender.
  • Remove from oven. Stir in the sliced sausage. Top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake for another 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and sausage is heated through.

Notes

Cut potatoes into uniform sizes for even cooking. Add cheese only at the end to prevent burning.
