Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless skinless
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking dish.
  • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Place in dish.
  • Mix softened cream cheese, minced garlic, and herbs. Spread over chicken.
  • Top with shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for easy spreading. Broil for the last 2 minutes for a golden crust.
