Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, sliced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (sauce)
  • 2 tbsp ketchup (sauce)
  • 1 tbsp sweet relish (sauce)

Instructions
 

  • Mix mayo, ketchup, relish, and a splash of vinegar to make the special sauce. Refrigerate.
  • Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Brown until crispy.
  • Wash and chop the lettuce and vegetables.
  • Assemble bowls: Lettuce base, hot beef, cheese, tomatoes, pickles, and onions.
  • Drizzle generously with the special sauce and serve.
