- 1.5 lbs salmon fillets, skin removed, cubed
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 1 large avocado, sliced
- 1 cup cucumber, sliced
Whisk together honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic in a small bowl.
Cut salmon into 1-inch cubes and pat dry. Season with salt.
Sear salmon in oil over medium-high heat for 2 minutes per side.
