Ingredients
  

  • 4 large flour tortillas (burrito size)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or sliced
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup creamy Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup croutons, crushed
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly and spin dry to remove excess moisture.
  • In a large bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, cooked chicken, parmesan cheese, crushed croutons, and Caesar dressing. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Warm the tortillas in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to make them pliable.
  • Place a generous portion of the filling in the center of each tortilla. Fold in the sides and roll tightly from the bottom.
  • Slice diagonally and serve immediately.
