- 4 medium Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 loaf crusty Italian bread
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Combine diced tomatoes, basil, minced garlic, oil, and balsamic. Let sit for 20 mins.
Slice bread and toast until golden and crisp.
Rub a halved garlic clove over the hot toasted bread.
