Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1 loaf crusty Italian bread
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine diced tomatoes, basil, minced garlic, oil, and balsamic. Let sit for 20 mins.
  • Slice bread and toast until golden and crisp.
  • Rub a halved garlic clove over the hot toasted bread.
  • Spoon the tomato mixture onto each slice of bread.
  • Drizzle with extra balsamic glaze and serve immediately.
