Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked Jasmine rice, chilled
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
 

  • Scramble eggs in a hot wok with oil. Remove and set aside.
  • Sauté garlic, ginger, and vegetables until tender.
  • Add chilled rice and stir-fry on high heat for 3-5 minutes.
  • Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Add eggs back in.
  • Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
