- 3 large ripe Hass avocados
- 1 medium lime, juiced
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1 large Roma tomato, seeded and diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 small jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Halve avocados, remove pits, and scoop flesh into a bowl.
Mash avocados with a fork until chunky-smooth.
Stir in onion, tomato, jalapeño, and cilantro.
Add lime juice and salt. Stir gently to combine.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
