Ingredients
  

  • 3 large ripe Hass avocados
  • 1 medium lime, juiced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 large Roma tomato, seeded and diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 small jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Halve avocados, remove pits, and scoop flesh into a bowl.
  • Mash avocados with a fork until chunky-smooth.
  • Stir in onion, tomato, jalapeño, and cilantro.
