- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 pinch smoked paprika for garnish
Hard boil eggs by bringing to a boil, then letting sit in hot water for 12 minutes. Shock in ice water.
