- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 large green bell pepper, diced
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 28 oz diced tomatoes
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Brown ground beef in a large pot. Drain excess fat.
Add onions and peppers; cook until soft. Stir in garlic and spices.
