- 4 6-oz salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano or fresh dill
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
Pat salmon fillets dry and place on the baking sheet.
Mix melted butter, lemon juice, garlic, and herbs. Brush over salmon.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
