- 1 cup Unsalted butter, softened (for dough)
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 3 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 4 tbsp Unsalted butter, softened (for filling)
- 0.5 cup Brown sugar, packed
- 1 tbsp Ground cinnamon
- 1 cup Powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 2 tbsp Milk (for glaze)
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla.
Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt until dough forms.
In a small bowl, mix butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon for the filling.
Roll dough into a rectangle on a floured surface. Spread filling evenly.
Roll the dough up tightly into a log. Wrap in plastic and chill for 20+ minutes.
