- 6 large croissants, torn into pieces
- 1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 cups Gruyere cheese, shredded
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Grease baking dish. Cook sausage and wilt spinach.
