- 1.75 cups Granulated sugar
- 2.5 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.75 cup Unsalted butter, cubed and softened
- 0.25 cup Vegetable oil
- 5 large Egg whites
- 0.5 cup Sour cream
- 0.75 cup Whole milk
- 1 tbsp Vanilla bean paste
- 1 tsp Pink gel food coloring
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease three 8-inch pans.
Whisk egg whites, sour cream, milk, vanilla, and coloring in a jug.
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a mixer. Add butter and oil until sandy.
