Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb baby bok choy, halved
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • Wash and halve bok choy.
  • Sear cut-side down in hot oil for 2 mins.
  • Flip. Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and a splash of water.
  • Cover and steam 1 minute.
  • Drizzle with sesame oil.
  • Serve immediately.
