- 1 lb baby bok choy, halved
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
Wash and halve bok choy.
Sear cut-side down in hot oil for 2 mins.
Flip. Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and a splash of water.
Cover and steam 1 minute.
Drizzle with sesame oil.
Serve immediately.
