Ingredients
  

  • 8 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 loaf baguette, sliced and toasted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

Instructions
 

  • Mix sugar and cayenne. Coat bacon.
  • Bake on rack at 400°F for 20-25 mins. Cool completely.
  • Chop bacon. Spread cheese on toast.
  • Top with bacon pieces. Serve.
