Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb baby bok choy, halved
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • Sear bok choy cut-side down in oil.
  • Flip. Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and water.
  • Cover and cook 1 minute.
  • Drizzle with sesame oil and serve.
