  • 30 oz frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 0.5 cup onion, chopped

  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
