  • 1 loaf French bread, cubed
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2.5 cups milk
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Brown sausage and drain.
  • Layer bread, sausage, and cheese in a greased dish.
  • Whisk eggs, milk, mustard, and salt. Pour over dish.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 50-60 mins until set.
