Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium butternut squash, cubed
  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1 onion onion, diced
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Roast squash at 400°F for 20-25 mins.
  • Brown turkey in skillet. Add onion and spices.
  • Add roasted squash and spinach to skillet.
  • Cook until spinach wilts.
  • Serve warm.
