- 1 medium butternut squash, cubed
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 1 onion onion, diced
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Roast squash at 400°F for 20-25 mins.
Brown turkey in skillet. Add onion and spices.
