Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Andouille sausage, sliced
  • 2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, cubed
  • 1 onion onion, diced
  • 1 pepper green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 3 tbsp flour

Instructions
 

  • Brown sausage. Remove.
  • Sauté veggies in fat. Add flour.
  • Whisk in broth and spices. Add potatoes.
  • Cook 20 mins. Mash slightly.
  • Add cream and sausage. Heat through.
  • Serve hot.
