Ingredients
  

  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 4 cups Russet potatoes, cubed
  • 1 onion onion, diced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Cook bacon. Use fat to sauté onion.
  • Add flour, then broth and cream. Add potatoes.
  • Cook 20 mins. Mash slightly.
  • Stir in sour cream and cheese.
  • Serve with toppings.
