Ingredients

  • 1.25 cup dark brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp sea salt
  • 1.5 cups chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Brown butter in saucepan. Cool for 20 mins.
  • Whisk sugars into butter. Add egg, yolk, vanilla.
  • Fold in flour, baking soda, and salt. Add chips.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes.
