Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 packs ramen noodles (noodles only)
  • 0.33 cup soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 0.33 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 0.5 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Boil noodles and drain.
  • Whisk soy sauce, sugar, water, ginger, garlic, and cornstarch.
  • Brown beef in skillet. Drain.
  • Pour in sauce and simmer to thicken. Add noodles and toss.
