- 1 lb smoked sausage (Kielbasa/Andouille), sliced
- 1.5 lbs Russet potatoes, cubed
- 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix (dry)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (garnish)
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss potatoes with oil and half the seasoning.
