Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 0.5 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 1 cup pasta water (reserved)

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta to al dente. Reserve 1 cup water and drain.
  • Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain fat.
  • Add butter and garlic. Cook 1 min. Add broth and simmer.
  • Stir in cream and simmer until thickened. Stir in cheese.
  • Toss pasta with sauce and reserved water. Serve.
