- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 0.5 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 1 cup pasta water (reserved)
Cook pasta to al dente. Reserve 1 cup water and drain.
Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain fat.
Add butter and garlic. Cook 1 min. Add broth and simmer.
Stir in cream and simmer until thickened. Stir in cheese.
Toss pasta with sauce and reserved water. Serve.
