- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 large ripe bananas, mashed
- 0.5 cup creamy peanut butter (or almond butter)
- 0.25 cup honey
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 0.5 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet.
Mash bananas and whisk with nut butter, honey, and vanilla.
