Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz pasta shells (medium)
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 15 oz tomato sauce (canned)
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Boil pasta according to package directions; drain.
  • Brown ground beef and onion in a large skillet. Drain fat. Add garlic and seasoning.
  • Stir in tomato sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Reduce heat. Stir in heavy cream and cheddar cheese until melted.
  • Toss cooked pasta into the sauce and serve.
