Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 8 oz ramen noodles or egg noodles
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 0.33 cup soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 0.33 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (garnish)
  • 2 stalks green onions, sliced

Instructions
 

  • Boil noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, and ginger in a small bowl.
  • Heat oil in a skillet. Sear chicken until browned and cooked through. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
  • Pour sauce over chicken. Simmer for 2 minutes until thickened.
  • Toss noodles into the pan until coated. Garnish and serve.
