- 8 oz ramen noodles or egg noodles
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
- 0.33 cup soy sauce (low sodium)
- 0.33 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (garnish)
- 2 stalks green onions, sliced
Boil noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, and ginger in a small bowl.
