- 0.5 cup creamy nut butter (almond or peanut)
- 0.33 cup honey or maple syrup
- 0.25 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
- 0.25 cup sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
In a large bowl, mix oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, and flaxseed.
