- 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon juiced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup cucumber, grated and drained
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 4 pieces pita bread
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 0.5 cup red onion, sliced
In a bowl, mix olive oil, half the lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and marinate for 30 minutes.
