Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 0.75 cup BBQ sauce
  • 3 cups coleslaw mix (cabbage/carrots)
  • 0.3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 0.25 cup red onion, sliced thin

Instructions
 

  • Mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce in a bowl.
  • Whisk mayo, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Toss with coleslaw mix.
  • Lay out tortillas. Place BBQ chicken in center.
  • Top with coleslaw and red onions.
  • Roll tightly and slice in half.
