Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1 can (10.5oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth (or water)
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
 

  • Mix beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, salt, and pepper. Form patties.
  • Brown patties in a skillet (optional). Place in baking dish.
  • Whisk soup, broth, Worcestershire, and mushrooms. Pour over patties.
  • Cover with foil. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.
  • Uncover and bake 15 more minutes. Serve.
