- 1.5 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 0.5 cup milk
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 can (10.5oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth (or water)
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Mix beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, salt, and pepper. Form patties.
Brown patties in a skillet (optional). Place in baking dish.
Whisk soup, broth, Worcestershire, and mushrooms. Pour over patties.
Cover with foil. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake 15 more minutes. Serve.
