- 1 bag (30oz) frozen diced hash browns
- 1 carton (32oz) chicken broth
- 1 can (10.5oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 packet (1oz) Ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 block (8oz) cream cheese, cubed
- 1 small onion, chopped
Combine hash browns, broth, soup, onion, and ranch mix in slow cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
Stir in cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Cook on HIGH for 30 mins until melted.
Stir in half the bacon bits. Serve topped with remaining bacon and green onions.
