An addictive slow cooker potato soup loaded with Ranch seasoning, cheddar, and bacon. Uses frozen hash browns for a zero-prep, dump-and-go meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag (30oz) frozen diced hash browns
  • 1 carton (32oz) chicken broth
  • 1 can (10.5oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packet (1oz) Ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 block (8oz) cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 small onion, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Combine hash browns, broth, soup, onion, and ranch mix in slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
  • Stir in cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Cook on HIGH for 30 mins until melted.
  • Stir in half the bacon bits. Serve topped with remaining bacon and green onions.
