- 1 cup Vegetable oil
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 2 large Eggs

- 8 oz Mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 0.5 cup Powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease two pans.
Whisk flour, sugar, soda, and salt.
