Ingredients
- 1 sheet of frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup of freshly sliced strawberries
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Confectioners’ sugar (for dusting)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out puff pastry to a thickness of 1/8 inch (3 mm). Cut into desired shapes.

Place a spoonful of sliced strawberries onto one half of each pastry shape.

Brush edges with beaten egg for a golden glaze. Fold other half over strawberries and press to seal.
