4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
