Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger

2 cups vegetables lo mein noodles

2 bell peppers, sliced

2 carrots, peeled and sliced

1 cup green onions, chopped

1 teaspoon sesame oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons soy sauce, for serving

Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced bell peppers, carrots, and cook until they are tender and slightly charred. Add the beef to the pan and cook, breaking it up with a spoon until it’s no longer pink.
