Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Optional: 1/2 tsp paprika or Italian seasoning
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish or line with parchment.
2. Pound chicken breasts to even 3/4-inch thickness.
3. Mix mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Spread the mixture evenly over chicken breasts.
5. Place in baking dish and sprinkle paprika or Italian seasoning if desired.
6. Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
7. Let rest 5 minutes before serving for maximum juiciness.
Notes
Mix mayo and Greek yogurt for balance.
Add shredded mozzarella for extra cheesiness.
Sprinkle cayenne for heat.
Pair with mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables.
