Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Ground Turkey
  • 1 cup Cauliflower Rice
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and cook ground turkey in a skillet until browned, breaking it up into small pieces.
