Ingredients
1 (32 oz) bag of frozen hashbrowns, thawed
1 pound sausage, cooked and crumbled
6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup of chopped onion
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions

Toss hashbrowns with a pinch of salt and pepper in a large bowl.

In a separate skillet, cook the sausage and bacon until browned and crispy.

In a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, layer the hashbrowns, sausage and bacon mixture, and shredded cheese.
