Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup mashed banana
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
