Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef strips (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger

Instructions

Season beef strips with salt and black pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high. Cook beef until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Transfer beef to a plate.
