Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, and dried oregano. Mix well with your hands until just combined.

Use your hands to shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
