Ingredients
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (4)
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
Instructions

Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and a pinch of paprika. Set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes per side.

In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Return the chicken to the skillet and pour the cream sauce over it. Bring to a simmer and cook until the sauce has thickened and the chicken is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
