Description
An easy, cheesy garlic chicken recipe featuring tender diced chicken, rich garlic oil, and a blend of mozzarella and cheddar cheese wrapped in buttery tortillas and toasted to perfection.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked, diced chicken breast
4 cloves minced garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 medium flour tortillas
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Cook chicken and dice into small pieces.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Add diced chicken to the pan and toss in garlic oil until evenly coated.
5. Remove from heat and stir in mozzarella and cheddar cheese until partially melted.
6. Lay out tortillas and fill with the cheesy garlic mixture.
7. Fold tightly into wraps.
8. Melt butter in a skillet and toast wraps seam-side down for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
9. Slice, sprinkle with parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
Add spinach, mushrooms, or bell peppers for extra flavor.
Use whole wheat tortillas for a healthier version.
Reheat leftovers in a skillet to keep them crispy.
